Team India Heads to France for the 12th FAI World Paramotor Championship 2025

India is once again set to take to the skies on the global stage! From 24th-29th August 2025, Team India will proudly compete at the 12th FAI World Paramotor Championship (WPC 2025), being hosted at the Chambley Planet’Air Aerodrome, France – one of Europe’s premier aero sports venues.

This prestigious championship, organized by the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI), will bring together over 150 pilots and officials from more than 10 nations, each competing in a true test of skill, endurance, and precision.

Representing India under the aegis of the Aero Club of India (ACI) – the National Air Sports Control of India are:
🔹 Nagendra Pratap Singh – Sporting Pilot & Team Leader
🔹 Prabhu Sukumar – Sporting Pilot
🔹 Sunil Kumar – Sporting Pilot

All three are seasoned flyers with significant experience in both national and international competitions, having previously represented India at FAI World Championships in Thailand (2018) and Brazil (2022). Notably, Team India brought home a Bronze Medal in Thailand 2018 in the tandem category – a proud milestone in India’s paramotoring journey.

The championship will test pilots across multiple disciplines:
Navigation – charting accurate courses across varied landscapes
Endurance – pushing the limits of stamina in the skies
Fuel Economy – mastering efficiency and sustainability in flight
Precision Flying – showcasing control, accuracy, and technical skill

With strong preparation, unwavering determination, and a passion for aero sports, Team India is ready to showcase its talent and spirit on this global platform.
