FAI Sporting License Application Form
IMPORTANT: Read all the instruction before proceeding with the form.
Valid: 1st January to 31st December | Application Fee: Rs 300/- (Non-Refundable)
All fields are mandate to fill. Review the below list and attached the applicable document along with the form.
- Acceptable documents:
- Residential Proof: Passport or Voter ID Card (Copy).
- Date of Birth: Birth Certificate (10th Board, Registrar of Birth, or Passport).
- Log Book: Relevant pages duly signed by Signature authority.
- Fee: Payable to “Aero Club of India”, drawn at New Delhi.
- Check application status after 15 working days from submission.
- License Fee (DD/Cheque/NEFT/UPI Admission Fee: Rs.5000/- + GST in favour of “Aero Club of India”, drawn at New Delhi, New Issue/Renewal:Rs.1000/+ GST.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed. Incorrect forms require a fresh submission with a new fee.
Note:
1. If there is one document, which certifies/verifies more than one fields referred to above, the same can be submitted accordingly.
2. Members need to have active an active membership with ACI for the same sports.
3. If you are not an active member of ACI, please complete the New Member Registration first. If you are already registered, kindly log in to the portal with your registered credentials to proceed with Membership Renewal.
Before completing the FAI Sporting License form, scan the provided QR code or use the UPI ID to make the payment. Save a screenshot or note the Payment ID as proof. Download the form from your ACI’s website, fill in all required fields including the Payment ID, and save it. Upload the completed form and payment proof in the document section as instructed.
- Please make the payment of Rs. 300 INR using any UPI app.
- Add your Name or ACI UID in the remarks.
- Use UPI ID AEROCLUBO2891@iob to make payment
- Retain the screenshot and note down the payment ID.
- After making the payment, download the form from below section.
- Upload all the requested document in next step.

Before proceeding further with the application form, applicants must download the ‘Certificate of Experience’ and the ‘Instructions to Signatory Authority’. Print and complete the Certificate of Experience, have it duly signed, and upload the scanned copy along with the other required documents upon submission of the form on the portal.
